Jeff specializes in creating comprehensive asset management strategies with an emphasis on producing tailored fixed income portfolios. Prior to co-founding NewEdge Wealth, Jeff was a Managing Director at UBS. He has worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years holding prior positions as a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers and an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley. Jeff has appeared on Fox Business News, been quoted in The Wall Street Journal and Barron’s, and serves as a guest lecturer at Concordia University’s Molson School of Business and Vanderbilt University. He has been recognized by Barron’s, Forbes, and The Financial Times as a Top Wealth Advisor.

Jeff received his Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Concordia University and his M.B.A. from New York University Stern School of Business. He and his wife have twins and reside in Glen Ridge, NJ. Jeff enjoys golf, skiing and collecting art and wine. Robert Sechan

Rob is an experienced financial expert and entrepreneur, currently serving as the CEO, Managing Partner, and Co-Founder of NewEdge Wealth and Co-Managing Partner of NewEdge Capital Group. Walter Granruth III

Walter has the primary responsibility for maintaining relationships with our private equity clients and for managing capital market solutions for our clients. Before joining the group, Walter worked for several years in the Financial Sponsors Group of the UBS Investment Bank, where he covered a select list of private equity firms. Prior to UBS, Walter worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Credit Suisse.

Walter graduated from Washington & Lee University with a B.A. in economics and received his M.B.A. from the University of Virginia. He lives in Greenwich, CT, with his wife and three children. Walter enjoys boating, racquet sports and golf.

Jay has been a member of our team since 2010 and as the team’s principal investment strategist, Jay primarily advises institutional and individual clients on asset allocation, portfolio construction, investment implementation, and serves as co-manager of our discretionary investment portfolios.

Prior to joining NewEdge Jay worked at UBS Private Wealth Management for ten years where he served in a variety of investment advisory roles, becoming a financial advisor in 2018. At UBS Jay completed both the Private Wealth Advisor accreditation and Endowment & Foundation Consultant accreditation programs.

Ryan Cholnoky

Wealth Strategy Associate | Planning and Lending Specialist

Ryan’s primary responsibility is supporting the team’s financial planning efforts, including investment planning, exit planning strategies, cash flow analytics, philanthropy, insurance, and estate and retirement planning strategies. In addition, Ryan covers our lending practice by assisting clients with security backed loans, mortgages, and private equity loan facilities. He began his career at UBS Wealth Management prior to joining NewEdge.

Ryan graduated from Trinity College in 2016 with a B.A. in Political Science where he also played lacrosse. Outside of work he enjoys skiing, golf, and endurance sports. John Straus, Sr.

President, NewEdge Wealth

John is the President of one of NewEdge Capital Group’s subsidiaries, NewEdge Wealth. Prior to joining NewEdge, John was a Founder and Managing Partner of The Private Wealth Partners, which was acquired by EdgeCo Holdings to deliver the technology, investment solutions, private wealth management expertise and operational support for NewEdge Capital Group.

Earlier in his career, John led several major private wealth management firms and businesses. He was a Managing Director and Head of Private Wealth Management at UBS Wealth Management and Chairman of UBS Private Bank Americas. John also served as a Managing Director and Head of Private Banking in the United States for J.P. Morgan and as a Managing Director and Head of Private Wealth Management in the Americas for Morgan Stanley. Earlier in his career John was a trader at Salomon Brothers where he was the Head of Municipal Arbitrage and Municipal Trading.

John received his Bachelor of Sciences degree in finance with honors from Boston College and his MBA from DePaul University.



David Schnier

General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer

As our General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, David is responsible for all legal and regulatory affairs impacting the business. Prior to joining NewEdge Wealth, David was a partner at The Private Wealth Partners where he was responsible for all legal matters and providing compliance support and administration to PWP and its RIA clients. Prior to that, David was the Head of Client Segment Risk Management at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney where he was responsible for the identification, management and mitigation of risk in the Private Wealth Management and International Wealth Management Divisions. Prior to that role, he was the Head of Advisory Law for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney’s Private Wealth Management Division. Prior to his employment at Morgan Stanley, David worked as in-house counsel for J. & W. Seligman & Co. and as a corporate lawyer at Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison in New York. David received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Rutgers University and his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law School.



David Down

Executive Vice President | President, NewEdge Securities

Mr. Down serves as an Executive Vice President of NewEdge Capital Group and President of NewEdge Securities. From 1997 to 2018, he served as President and board member of Mid Atlantic Capital Group. He has been with the company since 1987. From 1997 to 2004, he served as the executive in charge of the asset management division, where he was responsible for research, development of proprietary investment programs, financial analysis, client reporting and operations and trading supervision. He also serves on the board of directors of Mid Atlantic Trust Company. Mr. Down is also President of Stonehaven Capital Management, LLC.

Mr. Down earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business (dual major) from the University of Pittsburgh. He earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration (with an emphasis in finance) from the University of Miami.



Kyle Smith

SVP, Product Management

Mr. Smith oversees advisor services, which includes investment management research, development and management of proprietary advisor-facing programs and services, advisor support services and customer data management and reporting. Mr. Smith rejoined Mid Atlantic in January 2005 after resigning in 2000 to serve as Chief Investment Officer of Longboat Capital Management. While at Longboat, Mr. Smith focused primarily on the firm’s hedge fund investment portfolios. Prior to Longboat, Mr. Smith served as a Vice President with MACG, in its product management area. Mr. Smith became licensed as a Certified Public Accountant while employed at the start of his career with the international accounting firm of Arthur Young. Mr. Smith received his B.S. Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh in 1986. He is a Registered Representative of the broker-dealer and holds the Series 3, 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses.



Shawn P. McCormick

Vice President, Product Management

Shawn leads New Edge Wealth’s investment solutions and product platform. Prior to joining NewEdge Wealth he was a partner of The Private Wealth Partner (PWP) where he was responsible for all product development. He joined PWP from Snowden Lane Partners, an independent wealth advisory firm. In that role, he was Vice President and Director of Investment Solutions, responsible for the development and implementation of the investment solutions platform, including managed account programs, third-party research, private banking solutions and insurance. He worked previously at Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith as a senior financial analyst covering ultra-high net worth clients, and at T. Rowe Price Group, where he was a retirement specialist. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Finance from Loyola University Maryland.





Jean Sesler

SVP, Operations

Ms. Sesler has been with Mid Atlantic since 2003 and is Manager of the Wealth Management Services Group. In this capacity, Ms. Sesler is responsible for overseeing retail brokerage operations, new account opening and maintenance, business process management functions, and day-to-day support of the Mid Atlantic advisor community. Prior to joining Mid Atlantic, Ms. Sesler worked at Dreyfus Investment Services Corporation which supported the retail brokerage division of BNY Mellon (then Mellon Bank). She held various positions including Brokerage Operations Manager. Ms. Sesler received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris College in Pittsburgh PA. She is a Registered Representative of the broker-dealer and holds the Series 7, 24, 27 and 63 securities licenses.



Alexandra Meyers

VP, Transition Management

Alex currently serves as the company’s go-to person for our advisor group clientele. As both the Advisor Group Transition Manager as well as the Relationship Manager, she is responsible not only for on-boarding new advisor representatives but also for familiarizing them with all that the platform has to offer to simplify their day-to-day processes. Alex strives to create an all-around positive experience for our advisor group clientele by ensuring all questions and concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely fashion. Alex received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh PA.



Chris Broussard

Chief Marketing Officer

As the Chief Marketing Officer for EdgeCo Holdings, Chris leads all the marketing efforts across EdgeCo, including NewEdge Wealth. He has been involved in financial services marketing and publishing for almost 25 years – having held senior-level positions with financial publishers, financial services corporations and providing marketing support and consulting services to financial institutions and independent financial advisors. Prior to joining EdgeCo, he was the Chief Marketing Officer and President of Tematica Research, LLC a thematic equity research and custom index provider. Earlier in his career, Chris was the Vice President and Chief Digital Officer for Eagle Publishing, Vice President of Marketing for Morgan Stanley Online and the Vice President of Marketing for FOLIOfn.



Nicole O’Connell

VP, Asset Movement and Control

Nicole serves as VP, Custody Asset Movement & Control, where she oversees her department’s cash movement activities via ACH, wire transfer, check and journal, as well as internal and customer automated cash processing functions initiated via Mid Atlantic’s TNS system. In addition, she oversees asset movement via ACATS, physical transfer, and DTCC transfer processes. As part of Mid Atlantic’s customer cash disbursement services, Nicole’s oversees Federal and state tax withholding and reporting functions. Nicole received her B.A. from University of Pittsburgh. She is also a Certified IRA Specialist.



Scott Baer

VP, Trading

Scott began his career in the finance industry in 1992 as a financial consultant. He began his Trading career in 1997 with Dreyfus Investment Services and was there three years when he accepted a Trader position with Mid Atlantic Capital Corp in early 2000. His Career at Mid Atlantic progressed into Sr. Equity Trader and onto Vice President where he now serves as Team Leader and manager of the MACC Trading Workgroup. Scott earned his BA degree in finance in 1991 from Robert Morris College. He is a Registered Representative with Mid Atlantic Capital Corp. and holds the Series 7, 63, 55 and 24 licenses.

Mary Jo Totten

Director, Human Resources

Mary Jo is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a long track record of providing hands-on expertise across all aspects of HR disciplines. Mary Jo formerly served as an HR Business Partner for FedEx, where she was responsible for a large client area and workforce needs for over 1400 employees across multiple US facilities and their regional corporate facility. Prior to FedEx, her HR career included other HR individual contributor and management roles with Highmark/IMC (Industrial Medical Consultants), The Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh and Allegheny General Hospital. Her primary roles included broad experiences in Recruitment, Hiring, Disciplinary Action, Payroll and Benefit Administration, Employee and Labor Relations, Performance Management, Engagement and Separation. Mary Jo is Masters level prepared with a post graduate degree in Human Resource Management.

Mary Jo is skilled in the progressive strategies of HR where she enjoys actively partnering and consulting with all levels of management in the development and implementation of strategies to support the growth, success, and development of the business and employees.

Charles Warden

Co-Chairman

Mr. Warden has a long-standing history in the financial services industry. As founder of Mid Atlantic Capital Group, Inc. and its affiliates, he helped launch what consists of NewEdge Capital Group today. In 1990, Mr. Warden founded Pennsylvania Capital Bank (now part of Huntington Bancshares). In 1995, he co-founded Mid Atlantic Institutional Shares, which grew to one of the nation’s largest money fund networks and mutual fund trading platforms and was acquired by Sungard. Mr. Warden was also co-founder of Mid Atlantic Financial Platforms, which is known today as Mid Atlantic Trust Company.

Mr. Warden holds a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.

John Moody

Chief Executive Officer, EdgeCo Holdings

John Moody is Chief Executive Officer of EdgeCo Holdings. Under his leadership, EdgeCo is evolving a new national model to service retirement plan clients built on an expert organization leveraging best available technologies. The goal is greater personal service combined with cost-efficient processes that help people achieve better retirement outcomes. Prior to launching EdgeCo, John co-founded and was president of Matrix Financial Solutions, a leading custodian and mutual fund trading provider. He is considered a pioneer in the “open architecture” movement within the 401(k) industry and has long championed the need to create more flexibility and transparency in the system. In his more than 30 years in industry, John has served on the boards of CiKR (Council of Independent Record Keepers) and SPARK (Society of Pension Administrators and Record Keepers) and has used these platforms to champion industry initiatives.



Paul Schneider

CEO, EdgeCo Holdings

Mr. Schneider has spent over 30 years working on the forefront of the FinTech space and leading the operations of some of the largest financial intermediary companies in the industry. He has a long track record of launching successful new businesses inside large companies as well as pure startups with a common thread of leveraging technology to allow financial partners to grow their businesses faster and make them more successful.

Mr. Scheider began his career at the financial technology firm SunGard Data Systems. Over the course of his 15 years with SunGard, he rose up from a software tester to holding one of the top executive positions as Group CEO of SunGard Financial Networks. In 2004, Mr. Schneider helped form what is known today as Mid Atlantic Trust Company, creating a new level of sophistication in trading and custody services for third party administrators’ and registered investment advisors’ clientele. Mid Atlantic ultimately served as the cornerstone for the launch of NewEdge parent company EdgeCo Holdings in 2018.



Tim Friday

President, EdgeCo Holdings

Tim has been in the financial services industry since he graduated from John Carroll University, Cleveland, OH in 1984. His career began with Federated Investors, Inc. where he worked with banks, savings and loans, and trust departments representing asset management and trust investment services. From there, he spent time with Mellon Bank in the global cash management division where he consulted for Fortune 500 companies in New York and Connecticut. Tim also held various management positions with the Federal Home Loan Bank and Bisys Fund Services where he concentrated on raising bank capital and lending services as well as product management and delivery of investment products to the institutional buy-side of the street. In 1995, he co-founded Mid Atlantic Institutional Shares, Inc. (“MAIS”) where he was president and CEO. MAIS quickly became one of the most prominent trading platforms in the nation, focusing on the TPA, corporate, and trust department marketplace. It grew to over $30 billion in client assets under administration. In November 2002, Mid Atlantic Institutional Shares, Inc. was sold to SunGard and combined its product and services with SunGard’s STN Funds where Tim then served as president. In 2004 Tim, along with several other key industry figures, developed a company that has become Mid Atlantic Trust Company (“MATC”). This company was designed to complement the services MAIS had offered to its TPA and trust clientele. It currently offers directed trustee, custody, sub-custody, paying agent, and reporting services for the retirement and trust space. Tim now serves on the executive committee of the Mid Atlantic companies and as president of Mid Atlantic Trust Company and is concentrating his efforts on the institutional and retirement plan administration marketplaces and advisor recruiting.



Joseph Banco

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Banco is the Chief Financial Officer for NewEdge Capital Group and the Executive Vice President of Finance of EdgeCo Holdings, LLP. He also serves on the board of directors of three of EdgeCo’s primary operating subsidiaries, NewEdge Securities – a FINRA registered broker-dealer, American Trust Company – a Tennessee non-depository trust company, and American Trust Custody – a South Dakota non-depository trust company.

Mr. Banco joined the company in 1996; he is responsible for the supervision of the finance and accounting functions, as well as all financial regulatory reporting. He serves as the Financial Operations Principal of the broker-dealer. Prior to joining NewEdge, Mr. Banco was a manager in the audit division of Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Banco received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Wheeling Jesuit College in 1988 and is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.



Kevin Thompson

Chief Administrative Officer

Kevin serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of EdgeCo, working with Senior Management on the acquisition, integration and leadership of financial services organizations. He started his career in the private practice of law as a commercial litigator with the Stafford, Rosenbaum Law Firm before joining the legal department of a Fortune 1000 organization – CUNA Mutual Group. At CUNA, Kevin lead the Investment and Litigation functions in the role of Deputy General Counsel, lead the Employee Benefits business unit and then ascending to the role of President of CUNA Brokerage Services, Inc. where he lead the Sales, Operations and Compliance functions.



Erin Timmerman

Senior Vice President / General Counsel

As EdgeCo Holdings’ General Counsel, Erin advises the company and its affiliates, including NewEdge Capital Group, on a broad range of legal issues, including transactional, regulatory, and employment matters. Prior to joining EdgeCo, Erin was a commercial litigator for ten years at McGuireWoods LLP, an international law firm. She was named a Rising Star as part of the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers awards and to Pittsburgh Magazine’s 40 under 40.

Erin graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in Political Science and French, magna cum laude, and then again from Notre Dame with a law degree. During college, she received a diploma for high French proficiency from L’Université Catholique de l’Ouest in France, and while a practicing lawyer, she attended the Trial Advocacy College at the University of Virginia School of Law.

Also dedicated to her community, Erin is on the Board of Cancer Bridges, a support organization for families touched by cancer, and a mentor through Notre Dame Law School’s career office.



Bob Drelick

Chief Information Officer

Bob Drelick has over 30 years’ experience within Information Technology serving financial services, outsourcing, and healthcare companies. A majority of this experience has been within rapid-growth organizations where new product/system development and integrations, infrastructure reengineering, acquisition integration, datacenter relocations, client implementation and conversions were simultaneously completed under his direction.

Mr. Drelick was a key leader in several organizations that have built new infrastructures by consolidating acquisitions, joint venture partners, and business units’ redundant products, applications, systems, and networks designed to reduce cost, evolve infrastructure, improve service levels, expand existing products and services and introduce new innovative offerings and technology.

Leon Cooperman

Chairman and CEO of Omega Advisors

A Wall Street legend, Lee Cooperman spent his first 22 years with Goldman in the Investment Research Department as partner-in-charge, co-chairman of the Investment Policy Committee and chairman of the Stock Selection Committee. In 1989, he became chairman and chief executive officer of Goldman Sachs Asset Management and was chief investment officer of the equity product line including managing the GS Capital Growth Fund. In 1991, after retiring from Goldman, Lee organized a private investment partnership, Omega Advisors, Inc. a hedge fund that gained a reputation for its strong performance.





As Marketing Manager, Liz is responsible for the management and execution of marketing projects for NewEdge Wealth. Prior to joining NewEdge, she was the Marketing & Advertising Coordinator for an investment firm in Lexington, Kentucky. Melissa Geertz

VP, Marketing

Melissa has over 20 years of experience in the field of marketing. In her role as Vice President of Marketing, Melissa is responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing and communication activities across EdgeCo, including NewEdge Wealth. Melissa oversees campaign and content development, digital and corporate communications, advertising, public relations, social media, and event marketing.

She received her B.A. in Journalism from the University of Rhode Island and was awarded the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation from Fi360 in 2017.

Melissa is originally from Warwick, RI and currently resides in Lexington, KY. In her spare time, she enjoys running, listening to podcasts, and spending time with her husband and two boys.

Chloe Morgan

Communications Manager

As Communications Manager, Chloe manages internal and external resources to execute marketing strategies across social media, email and video, as well as plan and execute large-scale national and regional events. Chloe is also responsible for creating cross-brand and cross-division marketing efficiencies across EdgeCo companies.

Chloe has been a member of the marketing team since 2017 and has ten years of experience in the communication and event fields.

Heather Weeks

Creative Director

As Creative Director, Heather is responsible for the overall creative direction of the brands under EdgeCo Holdings. This includes brand development, marketing design management and ensuring visual and interactive elements are properly aligned with the creative vision and brand standards. Her focuses also include user experience design, digital interface design and user-centric design principles. She is the creative force behind the creation of the EdgeCo Holdings brand and leads the ongoing refinement of NewEdge Wealth.

Heather joined the marketing team in 2012 and has ten years of experience in the field of marketing and design. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, where she received her B.A. in Journalism.

Heather currently resides in Lexington, KY with her husband and daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys creative photography, traveling, and exploring & creating art, as well as staying engaged in the local small business community.

Andrew Knight

As an Associate of the Business Development Group, Andrew is responsible for identifying and cultivating new relationships with clients, prospective partners, corporations, and centers of influence. Robert McCann

Co-Chairman

Mr. McCann joined NewEdge Capital Group at the start of 2022 as Co-Chairman and an investor in the firm. Prior to joining NewEdge, Mr. McCann spent the first 26 years of his career at Merrill Lynch, beginning as a trader and rising through the ranks to lead one of the world’s largest wealth management businesses as Vice Chairman and President of Global Wealth Management. In 2009, UBS Wealth Management named Mr. McCann Chief Executive Officer of UBS Wealth Management Americas and member of the Group Executive Board of UBS AG. He and his team transformed the wealth division into a thriving profitable enterprise before he took the helm as Chairman of UBS Group AG’s North American operations.

Mr. McCann has worked extensively with various securities associations and exchanges throughout his career. He has been a governor of FINRA and a board member of the Securities Industry Association.

A committed philanthropist, Mr. McCann is involved with several charitable organizations. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Irish Arts Center and the Command Council of the Dixon Center for Military and Veterans Services. He is also a Trustee Emeritus of his alma mater, Bethany College.

Mr. McCann received his B.A. in economics from Bethany College and his MBA from the Neeley School at Texas Christian University. He is a dual citizen of the United States and Ireland.

Alex Goss

Alex is a Managing Partner of NewEdge Capital Group and the Co-CEO and Co-Founder of one of NewEdge Capital Group's subsidiaries, NewEdge Advisors. Prior to serving as CEO of NewEdge Advisors, Alex built he and his father’s personal advisory practice into the $8 billion RIA, Goss Advisors. Goss Advisors was subsequently acquired by NewEdge Capital Group and rebranded as NewEdge Advisors.

In his role, Alex is fully dedicated to understanding what successful advisors need and what they do not. His mission is to provide advisors with the tools and flexibility they require to better serve their clients without the limitations wirehouses and big banks force on advisors.

Alex graduated from Louisiana State University and moved to New York City where he worked for the New Orleans-based technology firm iSeatz.com. It was there that Alex met current business partner, Neil Turner, and they both went on to co-found AdverCar.com. After developing the business plan into a Silicon Valley venture capital-backed advertising firm, he moved to New Orleans to join his father, Jerry Goss, as a financial advisor. From there, it didn’t take long for the idea of what has become NewEdge Advisors to be born.

Alex lives in New Orleans with his wife and two sons. In his free time, he enjoys golf, hunting and fishing. He is also passionate about supporting our nation's most valuable asset, its youth. Neil Turner

Neil is the Chief Revenue Officer of NewEdge Capital Group and the Co-CEO and Co-Founder of one of its subsidiaries, NewEdge Advisors. As Co-CEO, Neil oversees all aspects of NewEdge Advisors from business development, operations, transitions, technology, retention and investments.

Neil has a strong track record of taking great business ideas and turning them into exceptional companies, such as NewEdge Advisors. After starting his career at JP Morgan, Neil made his way to New Orleans-based technology firm, iSeatz.com, as their Chief Strategy Officer. It was there that he met current business partner, Alex Goss. The two went on to form AdverCar.com before co-founding what is known today as NewEdge Advisors. As Co-CEOs, they continue to develop NewEdge Advisors into one of the most advisor-first firms in the nation.

Neil graduated from Kenyon College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He was born and raised in New York City and currently resides in New Orleans. Outside of work, he enjoys running, playing golf and supporting local charities.

Kyle Smith

President, NewEdge Securities

Mr. Smith is the President of one of NewEdge Capital Group’s subsidiaries, NewEdge Securities, Inc. From 2005 through 2022, he served as Senior Vice President of Mid Atlantic Capital Group, overseeing advisor services, which included investment management research, development and management of proprietary advisor-facing programs and services, advisor support services and customer data management and reporting. From 2000 to 2005, he served as Chief Investment Officer of Longboat Capital Management. While at Longboat, Mr. Smith focused primarily on the firm’s hedge fund investment portfolios. Prior to Longboat, Mr. Smith served as a Vice President with Mid Atlantic Capital Group, in its product management area. Mr. Smith became licensed as a Certified Public Accountant while employed at the start of his career with the international accounting firm of Ernst & Young. Mr. Smith received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh.



Steve Pirigyi

President, NewEdge Advisors

Steve serves as President of NewEdge Advisors. He has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, including a 24-year career at LPL where he was a vital member of the Business Development team. During his time at LPL, Steve had a great impact in growing the firm from 1500 advisors to 16,000 advisors and retired as Executive Vice President, Business Development. Over the past 4 years, he has coached and consulted with many large advisory firms and has witnessed the changes, challenges, and opportunities within our industry, and has strategically led many of these companies through significant growth
