Steve serves as President of NewEdge Advisors. He has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, including a 24-year career at LPL where he was a vital member of the Business Development team. During his time at LPL, Steve had a great impact in growing the firm from 1500 advisors to 16,000 advisors and retired as Executive Vice President, Business Development. Over the past four years with NewEdge, Steve has served as both President of NewEdge Advisors and as Chief Operating Officer of NewEdge Capital Group and. He is pleased to bring his depth of knowledge back to NewEdge Advisors as President.

Steve graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He currently resides in San Diego, CA, with his wife of 28 years. Steve is very passionate about travel and has visited over 30 countries across the globe with his family.

Neil is the Chief Revenue and Strategy Officer of NewEdge Capital Group and the Co-Founder of one of its subsidiaries, NewEdge Advisors.

Neil has a strong track record of taking great business ideas and turning them into exceptional companies, such as NewEdge Advisors. After starting his career at JP Morgan, Neil made his way to New Orleans-based technology firm, iSeatz.com, as their Chief Strategy Officer. It was there that he met current business partner, Alex Goss. The two went on to form AdverCar.com before co-founding what is known today as NewEdge Advisors. As Co-Founders, they continue to develop NewEdge Advisors into one of the most advisor-first firms in the nation.

Neil graduated from Kenyon College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He was born and raised in New York City and currently resides in New Orleans. Outside of work, he enjoys running, playing golf and supporting local charities.

Alex is the Co-Founder and CEO of NewEdge Advisors and Managing Partner of NewEdge Capital Group. Prior to leading NewEdge Advisors, Alex built the personal advisory practice he ran with his father into Goss Advisors, an $8 billion RIA. Goss Advisors was subsequently acquired by NewEdge Capital Group and rebranded as NewEdge Advisors.

In his role, Alex is fully dedicated to understanding what successful advisors need — and what they don’t. His mission is to give advisors the tools and flexibility to better serve their clients, free from the limitations wirehouses and big banks impose.

Alex graduated from Louisiana State University and moved to New York City, where he worked for the New Orleans-based technology firm iSeatz.com. It was there that he met current business partner Neil Turner, and the two went on to co-found AdverCar.com. After developing the business into a Silicon Valley venture-backed advertising firm, Alex returned to New Orleans to join his father, Jerry Goss, as a financial advisor. From that partnership, the idea that became NewEdge Advisors was born.

Alex lives in New Orleans with his wife, daughter, and two sons. In his free time, he enjoys golf, hunting, and fishing. He is also deeply committed to supporting our nation’s most valuable asset — its youth. Alex serves on the Board of Directors of Son of a Saint, a New Orleans nonprofit that mentors fatherless boys from age 10 through 21, and supports additional organizations focused on education, mentorship, and cultural enrichment for kids in need.

Mike holds an AB in economics from Brown University and an MBA with distinction from Harvard University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst®. Since 2013, Mike has served on the New York City Board of Directors of Summer Search, a national youth development organization.

James brings over 25 years of leadership experience in wealth management, private banking, and capital markets spanning both public and private markets. Most recently, James served as President, Investment Management and Family Office, as well as Group Chief Administrative Officer at ICONIQ Capital from 2017 to 2024, where he played a pivotal role in scaling one of the industry’s most sophisticated wealth management businesses. ICONIQ serves ultra high net worth technology executives and entrepreneurs, combining traditional wealth management with comprehensive investment expertise.

Prior to ICONIQ, James spent 17 years with Morgan Stanley, culminating in his role as Global Head of International Wealth Management, where he oversaw the firm’s wealth management expansion across Europe, Asia, and Latin America. During his tenure, he led strategic initiatives across private banking, capital markets, and investments, significantly expanding the firm’s global footprint.

James is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame. He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and serves on his alma mater’s Cabinet for Good and the Wall Street Leadership Committee. James and his wife Suzanne reside in Westport, CT, with their three children, and are passionate supporters of organizations focused on youth mental health and poverty alleviation, including Near and Far Aid and Charity: Water.

Erin graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in Political Science and French, magna cum laude, and then again from Notre Dame with a J.D. While in college, she received a diploma for high French proficiency from L’Université Catholique de l’Ouest in France. While a practicing lawyer, she attended the Trial Advocacy College at the University of Virginia School of Law. She currently resides in Pittsburgh with her husband, twins and chocolate lab.

As Communications Manager, Chloe manages internal and external resources to execute marketing strategies across social media, email and video, as well as plan and execute large-scale national and regional events. Chloe is also responsible for creating cross-brand and cross-division marketing efficiencies across EdgeCo companies.

Chloe has been a member of the marketing team since 2017 and has ten years of experience in the communication and event fields.

Chloe is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, where she received her B.A. in Public Relations. She lives in Lexington, KY with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, running and experiencing live music.

Jessica oversees daily operations and strategic initiatives for NewEdge Capital Group.

Prior to joining NewEdge, Jessica, a Managing Director, spent over two decades at BlackRock driving strategic initiatives. Most recently, she was head of Client Technology Enablement. Prior, she developed the global Voting Choice platform and was the COO of BlackRock Investment Stewardship. Earlier in her tenure, she served as Global COO and lead business strategist for Fixed Income and Sustainable ETFs, Global COO of Trading, Securities Lending and Cash, and Head of Regulatory Implementation. Across these roles, her experience focused on building businesses, driving scale and creating/implementing technology solutions.

Before joining BlackRock in 2005, Jessica worked in Bloomberg LP’s Analytics department, focusing on CDS and MBS product builds and client training.

Jessica earned a BBA in Finance, with a minor in Government, from William & Mary. In her spare time, she can be found outdoors, skiing or attending kids sporting events with her husband and three children. She is also involved with William & Mary’s finance program supporting the growth of students.

As Marketing Manager, Liz is responsible for the management and execution of marketing projects for NewEdge Wealth. This includes building strategies and developing campaigns, content, and collateral. She also ensures that communications align with our overall business strategy, brand, value proposition and desired client experience.

Prior to joining NewEdge, she was the Marketing & Advertising Coordinator for an investment firm in Lexington, Kentucky. She has nearly ten years of experience and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in marketing and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology.

Liz grew up in Columbus, OH and currently resides in Georgia. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, outdoor activities, and traveling the world.

As a part of the Enterprise Information Technology team, she researches new products, ensures systems are up to date, and assists the team with their technology goals. Erin serves as the Chief Operations Officer of NewEdge Capital Group. In her previous role as COO of NewEdge Advisors, her leadership was instrumental in transforming the firm from a six-person startup into a national powerhouse with over 85 employees. Since joining the predecessor firm, Goss Advisors, in 2018 as its sixth employee, Erin has played a pivotal role in scaling the organization’s infrastructure, operations, and advisor support systems. Alongside the leadership team at NewEdge Advisors, Erin has built something exceptional, and her operational discipline continues to be a major driver of the business’s success. She brings that same rigor and excellence to bear across all of NewEdge.

With a background in operations and education, Erin brings a unique perspective to the financial services industry. Before entering wealth management, she was a founding team member and Associate Executive Director of Operations at Citizens of the World Charter Schools in New York, where she launched two schools the same year and built their operational frameworks from the ground up. Her early career as a special events manager in New York City and a high school teacher in New Orleans continues to influence her leadership style, which emphasizes mentorship, transparency, and empowerment.

Erin is a passionate advocate for women in finance and a dedicated mentor to her team. She fosters a culture of growth and inclusion, helping colleagues identify leadership pathways and achieve professional fulfillment. Among her many accomplishments, Erin has led the implementation of a unified back-office system, streamlined billing and compensation processes, and revamped account onboarding and service models. Erin graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Sciences and a Master of Sciences degree in Sport Management while being a member of the Women’s Golf Team. She received an Education Specialist degree from UMass – Lowell. Outside of work, she enjoys raising her family and attending the sporting events of her four children Gavin, Eli, Paige and Callen with her husband Steve.

Lauren provides advice around the wealth strategy process, including integrating clients’ financial, estate, tax, and philanthropic needs. In addition, Lauren leads our next generation education offering to families in preparing future generations for wealth.

Prior to joining New Edge, Lauren spent time as a Wealth Strategist with Hawthorn, PNC Family Wealth in Philadelphia. While at Hawthorn, she worked closely with ultra-high net worth families and the next generation to provide advice on complex estate and wealth planning issues.

Lauren earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Cincinnati. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® and currently pursuing her Masters in Taxation at Villanova University.
