Job Summary
New Edge Capital Group is seeking a results-oriented individual to drive lead generation through branch referral programs. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for building relationships with financial advisors, helping them leverage our comprehensive wealth management solutions to better serve their clients. Your role will involve actively participating in branch referral activities and fostering strong partnerships within assigned regions to drive growth and maximize client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Effectively articulate and present our value propositions to prospective new business clients
- Collaborate with branch teams
- Source and identify new business opportunities and deliver exceptional client outcomes
- Build strong relationships with financial advisors, providing education and support to their clients and investors
- Participate in prospective client meetings and branch referral activities
- Create proactive, off-schedule communication and engagement opportunities in person or virtually, while adhering to strict program guidelines
- Manage early-stage client interactions before transition
- Requires up to 50% travel
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience in a similar program at a Top 25 firm
- Proven track record of success in converting referrals into long-term business opportunities
- Financial services wholesaling experience is highly desirable
All Business Development Associates must have a clean U4 with no disclosures.
